Program Manager

Overview
>Direct, coordinate, and supervise program operations; Including: clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation
>Ensure care in person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program's Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients
>Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies
>Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards
>Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision
>Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed
>Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards
>Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews
>Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Schedule Day Shift - 7.5 hours
Qualifications
- LCSW or LMHC-D licensure required
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies
